• All patients will need to register with ModMed to access their patient info, appointments, billing, etc.
   

• Watch the email address you have on file with MOC for an email from ModMed with instructions on how to log in and create your new patient portal account

To provide our patients with the best possible experience, Michigan Orthopedic Center is launching a new patient portal application called "ModMed" on July 16th, 2024. Alongside the patient portal, MOC is investing in a new Electronic Health Record software system that will streamline our operations and afford us more time to devote to patient care.

 

ModMed will deliver a better experience for patients trying to access their MOC account, access billing information, confirm appointments, etc.

 

All patients will need to register on ModMed's site to establish their new patient portal account. This is a necessary step for all patients in order to access the information outlined above. No action is required on the patient side regarding the new Electronic Health Record software.
